#1: Looking northeast towards the confluence

(visited by Jim Hodge and Fred Hodge)

01-Aug-2001 -- Well this is not so much an attempt as a half hearted drive-by. I was acting as navigator for my Father Fred who was working as a census officer for the area. In the day's travel of 450km we managed to find 10 dwellings; I guess this part of Australia isn't as heavily populated as a lot of other parts.

The photo is taken from the closest point on the road we drove along, 8.81km away according to the GPS. It may be possible to get to within about 4km using a track. I have doubts about me being able to walk that sort of distance even though it's fairly easy country.

Maybe someone else might like this one? And I'll just put up a pic to fill in the gaps.
