10-Oct-2005 -- We arrived at this confluence, twelve members of the expedition organized by Andinautas after rowing 40km in eight canoes by the rivers Nogoya and Victoria.

We met in the Cabins Watercolor, where Jose Luis Ortíz (a) "the Gualeyo", mentor of the expedition, along with his friend Juan Pablo, on the night of the 8 of October.

The 9 of October, after rowing ten hours, we camped in a beach of the Victoria River. Roughly twelve kilometres to the confluence. The 10 of October, we left early and after rowing three hours we arrived at the confluence, that was not more than fifty meters from the coast, with easy access.

After the usual photos, we had lunch to replace energies and we left to return, against the current until the end. The current of River Victoria was hard but we arrived 4 hours late at the camp site. We took it down, continued on and we rowed until 9 at night, when we arrived at a Baden that crossed the river Nogoyá, where we encamped. From there to the departure point, we had four hours more of rowing left, that we did with great calm day 11 of October, to total sun and in a relaxed climate and cheers.

That day, around midnight we were back in our homes.
