Taking advantage of my vacation, I planned to visit a confluence very different from all I have been, that is the 19 ° N 91 ° W near Noham, Campeche, so I decided to do a little practice visiting a Confluence not far from where I live. I left Queretaro early in the morning on 22 March 2010, took a bus to Amealco, Qro., and from there I went towards Temascalcingo, Mex.. Transport left me in a little town called San José at the Solis Valley of Mexico State and again took a small bus that goes from Temascalcingo - La Loma, location near the confluence 20 ° N 100 ° W (picture 6). The point where I left the bus is about 3kms. from the Confluence, so I requested a taxi to continue. Alfredo, the taxi driver took me closer in his car and then walk accompanied me to the point coordinates as zero. He was excited as I, when GPS marked the desired zeros.

The region where this Confluence is located, it is very beautiful. From above we can see the whole valley of Solis and far can be seen land belonging to the State of Michoacan, where there are many lakes and dams, and are seen several villages on the slopes of the hills and crops of corn and other grains.

I am delighted to be a "Confluence Hunter", because it allows us to know different places. So far my Confluences have been in desert lands and with this one, two on forest sites. My main goal is Campeche, which as I know, is an area of mangrove swamps, total a new experience for me because I've never been in such a place.
