14-Aug-2004 -- The Confluence Point 30N 77E is about 200 Km from delhi. This time we had a new comapnioin Ashih, who met me through web and is keen on doing confluences. He was pretty excited about the whole thing and volunteered to drive all the way to both the points. Most of the initial part of the route falls on the NH1 (National Highway 1), also called Grant Trunk Road which was used to run from Calcutta to Lahore.

We started at around 8 am from Delhi. This confluence point falls in Davkhera Village Which is about 0.3 Km from Sonti ( a place about which is about 10 Km from Pipli).

The root which we have followed was:
Narela - Sonepat - Panipat - Madhuban - PhusGarh - Samani - Pipli. From Pipli we take right turn the road on going straight about 10 Km we reached Sonti from here the confluence point is 0.3 Km in Davkhera Village. The cP is in the middle of a paddy field and we had to walk in waterlogged field to reach the point. Talked to the villagers and the owner of the farm there. Then we started off to 30N 76E.
