28-Jul-2017 -- After visiting Harkhorin, we headed for the confluence 47°N 103°E. Moving in the direction of Ulan Bator we turned at a fork in the direction of Arvayheer. Нaving driven about 15 km, we turned off the road in the direction to the confluence. We drove about 3.5 km along the rural road and stopped at the tributary Orkhon-gol. Approximately 300 meters remained to the confluence point, we went further crossing the river at a ford. Along the way we had to overcome another tributary of the river. It was not possible to reach the point by a short route, the path was blocked by a swamp, I had to return a little and go around it. At 12:30 the goal was achieved. On the way back, overcoming the ford, we washed off the mud. The sun was shining outside, and it was hot day (+35°C). Having dried out and seeing how local children play in this rivulet, we drove on.
