03-Апр-2012 – После неудачной попытки побывать на точке 57°N 96°E, я проехал в третий раз за сегодняшний день поселок Абан и направился в сторону деревни Борки через село Дзержинское. В Борках я понял, что от этой деревни с юга до цели в это время года не добраться, сугробы и водное препятствие между деревней и точкой – река Колон. Я зафиксировал попытку (до пересечения 1,6 км) на дороге, ведущей от трассы до деревни Борки, и решил подъехать по полям с востока от деревни Колон, переехав по мосту через одноименную речку. Однако, съехав с трассы влево за мостом и пробороздив поле по талому снегу и грязи до первого оврага, я понял, что оставшиеся 6 км по этому варианту не преодолеть.

03-Apr-2012 – After an unsuccessful attempt to visit 57°N 96°E, I have passed Aban village for the third time today and headed towards Borki village through Dzerzhinskoye village. In Borki I realized that at this season I couldn't reach the target from the south so there are still many snowdrifts and and there is the water obstacle between the village and the confluence point, Kolon river. I documented my attempt (with the distance of 1.6 km to the confluence) being on the road connecting the main road and Borki village. Then I decided to drive over the fields from the east, from Kolon village, after crossing the river of the same name, over the bridge. However, having moved down the road to the left after the bridge and having furrowed the field on the melting snow and mud up to the first ravine, I realized that it was a poor choice and I couldn't overcome the remaining 6 km.
