(visited by Moshiur Khandaker)

30-Dec-2013 -- Confluence 22N 92E is located in a reserve forest near Eco park of Banshakhali about 5 km east of Jaldi in the Chittagong district in Bangladesh. The landscape is reserve forest.

Bangladesh Adventure Club's confluence mission's members to this southeastern confluence in Bangladesh were Moshiur R Khandaker and Nur Mohammad with local guide Sohel Iqbal.

The confluence point is in Banshakhali which is around 50 km southeast of Chittagong city. Two of us started on 30 December 2013 at 7 am in the morning by CNG auto rickshaw from Chittagong to Banshakhali. The journey was of approximately 2 hours and we reached the destination at around 9:30 am in the morning. We started to track following the directions on the GPS towards 22N 92E. At last after 3 hours exactly at 11:49 am with some difficulty we were able to reach the confluence point. The point was found to be in a hill valley of reserve forest and we had to track to find the degree confluence of 22N 92E with a GPS accuracy of 16 ft.

It was a wonderful confluence experience. Eventually we made our successful 4th confluence point visit.
