This Confluence is in the vicinity of Isla La Orchila, which has several distinct hills separated by low valleys on its north side. These hills are visible at a distance of about 15 nautical miles (28 km) and appear as islands when first sighted.
Attached is a view to SW and SSW.
As almost everywhere close to land, seagulls.
The highest hill of Isla La Orchila is Cerro Walker. The island is fronted by low cays lying on a bank, on which there are many coral reefs.
