05-Feb-2001 -- During our short vacation in Spain we also made the
confluence N37W06 (The N37W05 we made a few days earlier).
Thanks to our GPS we now know that the spot is in a
backgarden in the little white village Marismilla. But it was
difficult to go there. Marismilla is built on the drained
delta of the river Guadalquivir. There are very few roads
- and we missed the right one. So we drove on bumpy wet
gravel roads and on top of dikes along the canals for hours,
until we were lucky to enter the village. The ladies looked
at us wondering what we were doing in that private backgarden
with a camera and a little black instrument.
Later we had coffee in a bar, where we met the local men.
They played Domino.
