03-Feb-2002 -- We went with Gary D. to find our first confluence and were very successful. My GPS read 0 feet and the GPS tracking error was 20 feet. We were standing approximately 10 feet from Gary D. when his GPS receiver indicated he was at the confluence. We hope to find more while geocaching. Our picture shows the other side of the tree from Gary's. Thanks to Gary D for another interesting hobby.
