02-Jun-2002 -- The confluence is in a little woods in the middle of a cornfield. I did not walk on the field where corn was sprouted. The edge of the field was 70 meters from the point.

I read about the Confluence project today in the Helsingin Sanomat newspaper. I decided at once to travel to one confluence point near Hämeenlinna. The trip was about 120 km.

I took photos of the four compass directions and one towards the confluence. To prove my visit, I photographed my Garmin navigator.

I am also interested in Geocaching. On the same trip, I went to Forssa to seek a cache in there. Unfortunately the cache was so well hidden that I did not find it.
