#1: General view of the confluence.

(visited by Joao Carlos Teixeira and Eurídice Teixeira)

09-Feb-2004 -- After visiting my mother-in-law we took the highway to Alvorada (dawn) with the intention to visit this confluence that is close to a industry of machines for chopp (pronounced show-peh and means draft beer) in the Industrial District.

We met Mr. Romeu Winter, the commercial director, who's joined us on the searching for zeroes and the prescribed photographic registers.

After a visit to the factory we initiate the trip to Cambará do Sul, the hot spot of our vacations.

As well as Cachoeira do Sul (30ºS 53ºW), the regional main product is the rice representing 23% of local agriculture.

Thanks to Mr. Winter for the delicious chopp and the cordial reception.
