23-Mar-2000 (attempted) -- The southernmost of the two confluences in the greater Brisbane area, [-28,153] lies on the outskirts of the small farming town of Beaudesert, inland from the Gold Coast. The confluence is within private farmland, across the road from the Beaudesert golf course. Photo 6 shows the farmland containing the confluence; the confluence itself is about 150 metres from the fence in the foreground - probably near the second fence visible farther back. (I did not want to enter the private farmland to get closer.) Photo 7 shows my GPS display at the point where photo 6 was taken.
