22-Jan-2012 -- My work allowed me once again to visit a confluence point. On 22/01/2012 I had to go to Munich and I planned to visit the point 50°N 11°E. I knew from the last point visitors' reports that the point is easy to reach. The sunny weather in the morning changed into a steady rain which continued to Munich.

I had two passengers in my car. They knew only that we would make a small detour on the way to Munich. They were surprised, but found it rather interesting to attend a small wooded area in the middle of Bavaria with a GPS-device. We drove on the A70 until the exit Scheßlitz, passing through this place and came up to Windischletten. Due to the photos it was easy to find the route in Windischletten.

We followed the path and turned right led by the GPS. On the right side there was the small wooded area. I stopped on the street and walked right into it. The trees were planted in north-south direction. I found the confluence point immediately and could take the required photographs. Happy about my first confluence point of 2012 I was able to continue the trip to Munich. My passengers were delighted.
