16-Sep-2000 -- Set up Magellan GPS 315...Goto 55N6W.
Having borrowed The Horton Group (Blatant Advertising) digital camera I set off
at 8 a.m. Looked at Map... That way... Go.
Traveled through countryside noticed different flags denoting different
allegiances. Where will the Confluence be... on an inaccessible spot?
The Confluence is located 0.8km from a lane. Having asked around and
satisfying myself that getting the Confluence would not cause any problems,
walked up to the second field from the lane the most luscious green grass I
have seen if it hadn't been raining I would have swam in it.
Followed the GPS arrow for 15 minutes (low on the learning curve w.r.t.
navigation). Eureka 55N6W number two (in Ireland). Oh for a Guinness in the
back of a Jaguar. The area around 55N6W is a beautiful area.
As Dorothy says "no place like home" so off I toddled.
