13-Apr-2001 -- Our second visit of a confluence had an exciting aspect: on our maps it looked like the spot was situated in a lake! Would we be able to reach it without swimming?
Would it still be accepted as a confluence for this site even if it was situated in the lake? (err - there was some snow around - I guess, we'd given up in that case)
To get there we had to follow some small roads by car. First there were still some houses but in the end there were just the woods. And much water in the woods - nothing for our normal shoes!
In the end we parked the car ca. 800m away from the spot and could walk the first part on a small road, which ended at the lake where there lay some boats. The last meters we had to crouch right through the woods, going forwards and backwards to find the best position.
Well, the exact position according to our GPS would have been some metres in the lake.
To celebrate the event we ate some of our favorite swedish biscuits (Singoalla) and enjoyed the view. Maybe we'll came back in summer and swim to the exact position...
