After using the "Finalize Submission" button, the status of your visit
submission will be "pending".
A notification email is sent to the regional coordinator to let them know
your visit submission is ready to be processed.
When the regional coordinator starts processing your visit submission, they
will change the status to "verified" or "ready", and you will not be able to edit
your visit submission.
If there are problems with your visit submission the regional coordinator
will contact you via email, and may change the status of your visit submission
to "submitting" or "pending" so that you can edit it.
