When the regional coordinator finishes processing your visit submission, they
make it active on our website.
You will be sent a notification email, to the email address you specified
in your Member information.
The email will be from the regional coordinator who processed your visit
submission.
Your visit submission will no longer be listed on the
Pending confluence visits page, and will be added to
list of confluence visits on the website's main page.
