26-May-2013 -- After having been lucky to do 29S 130E, we were left with the possibility of doing this CP as well; so from 130E we went further north and then turned north east on the mineral exploration road which I had found on Google Earth some weeks back.
We followed this road to the nearest position to the CP and once again the bush was too thick to drive through without doing damage to the vehicles; so it was back to Cook with only 130E done. We turned around and once again after a few km's we noticed another track going south east and to our pleasant surprise, it took us to within 500 meters of the CP.
We were able to walk to the CP, thus doing two CP's in one day.
We camped the night at that spot and the next day went back to Cook and then over the next few days we travelled west along the Trans railway line to Western Australia and home to Esperance.
