06-Apr-2011 -- When I saw a satellite image showing that this confluence point lies close to a freeway, I was intrigued, because I was reminded of [45,-123] in Oregon, that I had visited almost two years earlier. That confluence point lies on a busy freeway on-ramp, so I wasn't able to get 'all zeros'.
This confluence point, however, lies not on the road bed, but instead on a grassy area between the freeway and a parallel frontage road to the north. By parking on the side of this frontage road, I was already able to get close enough for a successful visit. Walking a few feet to get 'all zeros' was easy.
