04-Sep-2004 -- After 45N 106E this was our final stop on the way south to the Gobi marathon. According to the map this point seemed to be within 1km of the road. As we came closer it was clear that we would need to cross country for several km. No problem – the whole landscape is flat and hard. The point itself was just 10 metres from the road shown on the map. We had been on a parallel road. After the pictures – back on the bus and off to Dalanzadgad for the 3rd International Gobi Marathon.
