#1: The confluence point from a small distance

01-Oct-2005 -- Me and my girlfriend went from Rotterdam to Groningen to see a some friends of ours. I could convince her to visit this confluence point with me. This GPS stuff is relatively new to us (we only went to see 1 geocache a week before) and these confluence points fascinate me although I don't know why.

I packed a digital camera and when we stopped near the confluence point I found out I forgot the battery of the camera. I felt really stupid, but fortunately my mobile phone has a camera as well. The photo's aren't really good because of it, but I am glad at least we didn't go to this desolate place for nothing. It was sort of a small adventure to find the spot, but I don't know if I would do it again. Maybe in another country...
