17-Feb-2001 -- This trip started out as simply a scout around the area rather than an actual attempted visit. I did not have a GPS with me and intended to return later for the actual attempt.

However after discovering that the confluence is on private property owned by the operators of a nearby paper mill, Norske Skog, I realised that getting to it may be a little more difficult than I thought.

I may try to contact Norske Skog for permission to go to the site but if that is unsuccessful then this will be the only attempt.
