05-May-2007 -- Day 2. CP#1 @ 42N123E. About 54km NW of ShenYang or 14km SE of XinMin, LiaoNing Province, China. Complete visit.

We started our trip from Beijing, in Day 1 our team drive to ShenYang city and have some fun. Day 2 we plan to visit 1st CP: 42N 123E which near the XinMin city -- not very far from ShenYang.

This morning(Day 2) we follow G102 road going NW and found a path that we could drive heading to our target. 11:30am, we catch the railway which we recognized from Google Earth but our car couldn’t through the rail, GPS shows CP at NEN 2.5km away, so all team member leave the car and start walking.

Since there are no road or path, we took long time to cross field and correct our direction several times, even passed a constructing highway. Finally, at 12:58am, we hit 42N 123E in perfect zero.

42N 123E in a block of field and near by a small village(we don't know its name, sorry~), the CP just within 20m from the road to village -- too bad we didn't found this road early(can't find it on our map).

This CP also the first one we complete and nobody visit before, our team planned to find other 2 for day 3: 41N 122E and 41N 121E.
