13-May-2007 -- This confluence 21S 25E, situated in the Makgadikgadi pan area of the Kalahari desert, was visited by a three-man team during a recent Botswana overland trip. The team consisted of Philip Marais, Phillip van Ginkel, and Wouter van Ginkel.

We would like to dedicate this Confluence to Jimmy Stone, a good friend and fellow confluence hunter who passed away tragically on 7 March 2007.
