#1: THE CONFLUENCE POINT IS IN THE JUNGLE

(visited by ARTURO ECHALAR and felix osco)

30-May-2007 -- This place named Buenos Aires it is close to Cobija, and we (Felix and me) were working building a tripod for a semi Continue GPS station in Cobija, for this reason and taking a free time, we rented a motorcycle and we looked for the Confluence Point. We were thinking that getting this point could have been easily, but it was hard.

The road was very bad and the forest almost impossible for going through, for this reason we only arrived at 30 meters from the Confluence Point.

If you take a look of this picture, our confluence point it is on the left side, going through the jungle and it is very hard to have a good signal coming from the satellites under these trees.
