29-Dec-1999 -- This confluence is 4 miles northeast of the small town of Bouse, Arizona (east of Parker). Fortunately there's a gravel road running northeast from Bouse, and it passes just 1.1 miles from the confluence. From this point, it's an easy hike across gently undulating terrain to the confluence point. (At about the halfway point, there's a barbed-wire fence that you'll need to crawl under.)

Unfortunately the terrain and vegetation at the confluence point is quite bland, as you can see from the photos.
