DCP: (visit #4)

08-Oct-2007 -- Having completed two other CP visits on this trip to Australia S31 E121 alone and S28 E115 with my good friend Clayton, I had to do one with Dad. We did not have much time so the CP had to be close to home and Dad did not want to revisit one of his previous visit, so we only had one choice, S32 E116.

As this is on a golf course we decided that we should get up to the CP early before all the golfers were out on the course, so we left Dad's place very early to arrive at the Hartfield Country Club just after dawn, parked up and walked the 400 or so metres to the CP, which is on the fairway next to a small pond.

While we were taking the photo's we noticed a family of ducks, Mum Dad and 23 ducklings in the pond, Dad said they are Maned Wood Ducks. We only saw a couple of early morning golfers as we took the photo's and headed back to the car. It was nice to have a CP visit with Dad, we have just about done the same number of CP's but this is the first one we have done together.
