22-Мар-2009 – Это наше 1-е посещение конфлюенции.

Выезжаем в 7-30 из Петрозаводска, едем до Чалны. Сворачиваем на дорогу в сторону озера Карельского. Доезжаем до конца дороги в дачном кооперативе. В 8-30 выходим на лыжах и пересекаем озеро до ЛЭП, которая идет через озеро Карельское. Дальше идем по ЛЭП, пересекаем небольшой водораздел и выходим к ручью. Идем вдоль него вверх (на северо-запад), проходим небольшое озерцо, заросли кустов и в 12-00 выходим к свежей вырубке, она слева по ходу. Точка находится на краю вырубки. Место заболочено. Делаем обед и по своей лыжне возвращаемся к машине. В 14-50 выезжаем в город.

22-Mar-2009 – This is our first confluence visit.

We set off Petrozavodsk city at 7.30 am and drove up to Chalna. Then we turned to the road towards Karel'skoye lake. We reached the end of the road in a cottage community. At 8.30 we started skiing and crossed the lake up to the energy power line going across the lake. After that we skied along the power line, crossed a small watershed and got to the brook. Then we went along it upstream (to NW), passed a little lake and dense bushes. It was noon when we got into the recent loggers clearing which was to the left of our course. The confluence is located at the edge of the clearing. The place is swampy. We cooked a lunch and then went back along our skiing path. At 2.50 pm we set off back to the city.
