28-Oct-2008 -- This Confluence was visited in the afternoon of 28 October 2008. We left the asphalt road from the small city of Jālū, and we decided to cross from north to south the Great Sand Sea towards the oasis of Kufra.

At the end of the sand dunes I checked that in our direction we should meet the confluence point of 27N 24E.

In the afternoon of 28 October 2008 we arrived at the confluence point that is located in a flat, sandy terrain.
