26-Feb-2011 -- We arrived in Padang Sidimpuan on 25-Feb-2011 late in the evening. It was really difficult to get a driver for next day, because nobody seems to speak English in the whole town. Luckily we met some taxi drivers, one of them wanted to pick us up the next day.

We started early in the morning, we had to go about 4 hours by car to get to the point as close as possible. We took a break for breakfast in a small restaurant and discussed with other guys sitting around how to get to the point, just using body language and our printed google maps. After realizing what we are going to do, our driver made any effort to help us, he even joined us when we had to walk the remaining meters.

We had to cross a huge palm oil plantation, we had to walk through and jump over rivers, it was pretty hot that day. But we did it, after 1,5 hours we arrived at the point in the middle of the plantation, palm oil trees everywhere.
