18-Apr-2011 -- Step right up! You can own your very own confluence point, in beautiful High Point, North Carolina.

The confluence point is located in (what appears to be) common parkland within a condo complex (near a small lake). But even better: The condo - 1235 Watermark Court - that's closest to the confluence point is currently for sale. This condo is less than 200 feet from the confluence point, so even without stepping outside, you're close enough for a successful visit.

According to the real estate brochure (available outside the condo's front door), the condo has more than 1700 square feet, and can be yours for only $126,000. (Back in the San Francisco Bay Area - where I live - you could not buy a dog house for that price.)
