09-Oct-2011 -- Día 9 de octubre de 2011, en viaje desde Buenos Aires a Salta, tenía planeado realizar algunas confluencias que me quedaban de paso y no las había hecho. Esta es una de ellas.

Pasado el medio día, estaba ya en Forres, había realizado a la mañana la 32S 62W cerca de CERES en Santa Fé. Desde la ruta nacional 34, pasando por Forres sigo unos 15 Km. por un camino pavimentado a ratos, o sea, alguna vez estuvo pavimentado.

Paralelo a este camino va un ramal ferroviario lamentablemente abandonado. En un momento el GPS me indica unos 400 metros pasando el terraplen del ferrocarril, hoy todo monte, estos últimos metros habría que hacerlos a pie.

Me largo sin tomar demasiadas precauciones en cuanto a mi calzado, con unas simples zapatillas tenis, al poco de caminar en un espeso trigal noto que me hundo en cada paso….barro. Pensar que en mi camioneta tengo botas de goma, botas de cuero para montaña…en fin, llego a la 28S 64W bastante embarrado, tomo las fotos y regreso al vehículo a cambiarme el calzado y seguir viaje pensando en la próxima del día, la 26S 65W cerca de Rosario de la Frontera, Salta.

09-Oct-2011 - Day, October 9, 2011, in journey from Buenos Aires to Salta, I had planned to carry out some confluences which are on my way and had not been. This is one of them.

Afternoon, I was already in Forres, and had carried out the morning the visit to 32S 62W near CERES in Santa Fe. From national route 34, passing through Forres I continue some 15 km. along a path partially paved.

Parallel to this road is a branch line railway unfortunately abandoned. At a time when the GPS tells me about 400 meters further the terrace of the railroad, today full of bushes. These last meters should be made by walk.

I long without taking too many precautions for my footwear, with a simple tennis shoe, shortly after walking in a thick wheat plantation I sink in the mud. I had in my car rubber and leather boots, the site became quite muddy but I continue walking to 28S 64W. Once I took photos, return the vehicle to change shoes and continue thinking about the next CP of the day, 26S 65W near border, Salta Rosario.
