16-Nov-2011 -- Este día emprendí un viaje que me permitió visitar todas las confluencias de Cataluña. Mi destino era la ciudad de Girona, donde pase la noche. En el viaje de ida visite esta primera confluencia; y en el de vuelta las otras dos.

El viaje se desarrollaba sin problemas, solo algo de lluvia en algunas zonas. Al rodear la ciudad de Lleida el sol lucía espléndido. De aquí a Balaguer y seguidamente a Artesa de Segre. A partir de este punto apareció la niebla, a ratos espesa. La niebla me acompaño hasta Santa Maria de Meià, en cuyas proximidades se encuentra el punto. En el pueblo no había niebla pero según subía con el coche por el camino que llevaba a la confluencia, la niebla se espesó mas. Al llegar a un cruce tuve que dejar el coche porque el camino que tenía que seguir estaba en malas condiciones para ir en el. Tras un rato subiendo por a pie por el camino, y luego bordear tierras de labor empapadas por la lluvia caída en los últimos días, me topé con una colina.

Esta colina llena de matorrales y árboles bajos tenia varias paredes de piedras que dividían la colina en bancales. Tuve que zigzaguear para llegar a la cima de la colina, donde se situaba el punto. En la confluencia todavía estaban las piedras que colocaron los primeros visitantes, pero desparramadas por el suelo. Las vistas hubieran sido bonitas, pero me rodeaba la niebla, que aunque no era espesa, impedía ver mas allá de unos pocos metros.

Tras hacer las fotos, baje al coche con bastante facilidad, y al pasar por el pueblo incluso asomaba el sol por las cercanías. De aquí me dirigí a Girona a descansar, visitar la ciudad, y poder seguir cazando confluencias al día siguiente.

16-Nov-2011 -- Today I undertook a journey that allowed me to visit all the confluences of Catalonia. My destination was the city of Girona, where I spent the night.

The trip went smoothly, just some rain in some areas. On reaching the city of Lleida the sun looked splendid. From here I went to Balaguer and then to Artesa de Segre. From this point the fog appeared, at times quite thick. The fog accompanied me to Santa Maria de Meià, near which is the point. In the village there was no fog but as the car went up the road leading to the confluence, the fog thickened more. When I arrived at a crossroads, I had to leave the car because the road I had to follow was in too poor condition to go on. After a while of walking up the road, and then soaked farmland bordered by the rainfall in recent days, I stumbled upon a hill.

This hill full of bushes and low trees had several stone walls that divided the hill into terraces. I had to zigzag to reach the top of the hill, where stood the point. The views would have been nice, but the fog surrounded me, while though not thick, was enough that I could not see beyond a few meters.

After taking pictures, I returned to the car quite easily, and then on to Girona to rest, visit the city, and to continue hunting confluence the next day.
