14-Jul-2012 -- After another long journey through Cuenca and Teruel, I approached the vicinity of Torrijas, where this confluence is. Viewing the comments of previous visitors, I studied other alternative routes. I found a logging road east of the junction, leaving a path that did not exist a few years ago, from old images of Google Earth.

I went to the point on this path, at first without problems, but gradually it became complicated, becoming a goat track with lots of loose stones. At 700 meters from the point, I stopped the car and walked, first by the way, and then through the pine forest. The views from the confluence were not very large, but envisioned a deep valley. Nothing was heard no more birds or animals, only the wind in the trees. After the photos I returned to the car, to pick up the return to Valladolid, where I arrived early morning after crossing Teruel, Guadalajara, Soria and Burgos. On this day was about 1200 km. of travel. This added to about 300 the day before. But it was worth it.

All these confluences I dedicate to my son Leo, who met on this day four months. And you have a confluence! I look forward to more visits with him, if mum Raquel allows it.
