16-May-2015 -- This is an easy point to visit; it lies on flat terrain, less than 80 feet from a gravel road. Furthermore, it’s just a few miles from a major regional attraction: the Grand Coulee Dam. Yet surprisingly, mine was only the third recorded visit (and the first in more than 11 years).
The confluence point lies in a flat grassy area, with lupins and ‘cow pies’ nearby. Although the Grand Coulee Dam - to the south - is not visible from ground level, it can be seen from this remote-controlled aerial video of the confluence point.
The road that passes by the confluence point branches off Crown Point Road, which leads to a nearby vista point, with views of the Grand Coulee Dam to the south.
