18-Sep-2016 -- We had a very nice and relaxing weekend in Cataluña last September and succeeded in visiting two CP on the same day: 42N 1E and 42N 2E.

42N 2E is located 22 km WNW of the small medieval town of Vic where our hotel was. We reached the point after driving from Vic to Prats de Lluçanès and from there on road BV-4401 for another 2.2 km.

We turned right on a dust road and finally parked our car 390 m south of the point. From there it was easy to reach the CP. It lies in a field that had been seeded very recently for a winter harvest, so we stayed on the field edge to shoot the pictures.

After this visit we made a short side trip to Santa Maria de Merlès to visit the very nice roman bridge (Sant Martí bridge) crossing the Merlès river.
