12-Jun-2023 -- Being on a tour through the U.S. we visited the Fort Union Trading Post, which is a National Historic Site. Going on the road 1804 to the Missouri Yellowstone confluence Center, there is a junction with the road 58 north. Just over the railway bridge is a convenient place to park the vehicle to visit the confluence. The remaining 250 meters were an easy walk on tractor tracks on a field. The field was planted, looks to me, with barley. The confluence is at an altitude of 700 metres.
