13-мая-2026 – Рассматривали несколько вариантов посещений слияний в Омане. В итоге остановились на 23°N 57°E. Путешествие позволяло заехать на несколько достопримечательностей страны. После раннего купания в море, на арендованной машине мы отправились к точке. Дороги в Омане в прекрасном состоянии. Ехали не спеша, любуясь горными пейзажами. Путь занял около 2,5 часов. Не доезжая до цели 2 км, мы съехали на дублёр. Когда асфальт кончился, проехали ещё метров 300 по грунтовой дороге. Машину припарковали в тени дерева. От парковки до слияния 500 метров. Температура на улице +42°C.

Точка расположена в провинции Ад-Дахилия в Омане. В 1,6 км на юго-запад видны домики небольшого населённого пункта Мусайбих (مصيبيخ).

Местность горная. Высота над уровнем моря 565 метров. На юге и западе горы не высокие, до 1000 метров, постепенно переходят в пустыню. На севере виден мощный горный массив Джебель-Ахдар с вершинами 2500 метров и более. Деревья и кусты растут в долине высохшей реки – вади.

После посещения 23°N 57°E мы поехали знакомиться с фортами Бахлы и Низвы. Крепость Бахла считается старейшей крепостью Омана. Возведена из самана в XIII–XIV веках. Включена в список наследия ЮНЕСКО.

13-May-2026 – We considered several options for visiting the confluences in Oman. Ultimately, we settled on 23°N 57°E. The trip allowed us to visit several of the country's landmarks. After an early swim in the sea, we set off for the confluence in a rental car. The roads in Oman are in excellent condition. We drove leisurely, admiring the mountain scenery. The journey took about 2.5 hours. Two kilometers short of our destination, we turned onto a bypass road. When the asphalt ended, we drove another 300 meters along a dirt road. We parked the car in the shade of a tree. The parking lot is 500 meters from the confluence. The outside temperature was 42°C.

The point is located in the Ad-Dakhiliyah Governorate of Oman. 1.6 km to the southwest, the houses of the small settlement of Musaybih (مصيبيخ) are visible.

The terrain is mountainous. The elevation is 565 meters above sea level. In the south and west, the mountains are low, reaching up to 1,000 meters, and gradually transition into the desert. To the north, the mighty Jebel Akhdar mountain range is visible, with peaks reaching 2,500 meters or more. Trees and bushes grow in the dry river valley – wadis.

After visiting 23°N 57°E, we went to explore the forts of Bahla and Nizwa. Bahla Fort is considered the oldest fort in Oman. Built of adobe in the 13th–14th centuries, it is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
