13-Mar-2001 -- We set out trying to get in at least one confluence before the rain came. The map showed this one as being just off a road, so we thought it would be easy. But it turned out those roads were logging roads, not county roads. There was a "Posted: No Trespassing" sign on the gate, so we didn’t go in. We tried going around on other roads, but couldn’t find any way to get to the site from the other side. If someone wants to try to find out who owns the land, they can try this one. It shouldn’t be too hard to find, if you get permission to go in.
