17-Jun-2001 -- My wife and I decided to be the first to visit a confluence in Jämtlands län. We choose the nearest and planned the route with a map program. On the map we saw that the confluence should be in a forest near a small lake, only 100 meters from a road.

It was a cloudy day when we drove the 30 kilometer to the confluence point. We parked the car and found out that the forest was recently felled.

We walked the short distance to the confluence point in the harvester's wheel tracks.

Because the trees were felled we got a good GPS reading and a better view over the lake Gårdstjärnen. We took the required pictures and returned back home.
