15-Jun-2001 -- This point lies near the E4, the main north-south road in Sweden. In Ranea we had to turn to the north.

The map said that the point was located at the bank of the Rane Alv. Some people are living there, and the friendly owner of that piece of land allowed me going to the bank, following the GPS.

The Rane Alv is very wide at this location, about 800 meters. So at the end the point did not lie at the bank but in the river, 200 meters distant from the bank. So I took photos from the bank, in the direction of the point and around.

In summertime a boat will be needed to get there, or you could walk on the ice in the winter.
