08-Nov-2002 -- We were driving from Perth to Coolgardie and decided to visit this confluence.

The highway intersects 121°E, so we parked and simply walked south through the scrub to 31°S.

We had to cross the pipeline which takes to water to the goldfields.

There was nothing but scrubby vegetation and red soil, and we were concerned about snakes, but fortunately saw none.
