28-Dec-2002 -- This confluence forms part of an eleven-confluence journey that starts at 27°S 150°E.

For exactly the same reasons as my unsuccessful attempt at 29°S 146°E, there was no viable maintenance track to use to reach this confluence which sits on or near the QLD/NSW border alongside the “dog fence”.

Future attempts should probably be made from the NSW side and from an access point to the “dog fence” other than the Mitchell Highway. Based on the 1:250K topo map, a visit to the “Nahweenah” Station is probably the best option.
