02-Jan-2004 -- Our friends Helio and Néry were planning to visit some relatives in Água Doce - SC, next to this point, that we had given up to visit in 20-Dez-2003 due to rain. As the visit to the S25W049 was a success we decide to try this one.

The point is in a hillside next to the little Serra stream that flows to the Engano River. We arrive it from Irani passing by Alto do Engano and it was impossible to obtain all the zeros in the GPS because the bush is very dense and the land is very steep.

The region is wooden producer (pinus eliotis) for the paper and cellulose industry, but also produces maize and soy.

After visiting the point we left to visit Helio's relatives.
