28-Feb-2004 -- Nossa luta era contra o tempo. Faltavam poucos minutos para o por do sol e ainda estávamos chegando à fazenda Cachoeirinha na qual se localizava a confluência. Na sede da fazenda encontramos o proprietário Jaci Osmar Talini que nos autorizou a procurá-la.

O GPS indicava que faltavam apenas 200 metros, porém, em direção a um vale profundo, e pelo que nos parecia a confluencia se localizava em sua parte mais funda. Com um pouco de dificuldade, chegamos ao fundo do vale e, para nossa surpresa, ainda faltavam alguns metros. O sol já estava se pondo quando começamos a subir a outra parte do barranco.

A recompensa veio no momento em que o sol tinha acabado de se por, e nós conseguimos ainda com o dia claro, localizar a confluência e fotografá-la.

We were racing against the clock, the sun would set in a few minutes and we were still approaching "Fazenda Cachoeirinha" where the confluence was located.When we finally reached the center of the farm, we met the owner, Jaci Osmar Talini,who authorized us for the visit.

Our GPS showed we were about 200 mts from the point of confluence down a very deep valley. With a little difficulty we finally hit the deeper part of the valley and, to our surprise, we realised the confluence spot was just a few meters away. The sun was setting when we climbed up the other side of a slope.

When we finally reached the confluence spot and took the photos, the sun was already down.
