05-Aug-2000 -- After enjoying a visit with friends and family in Cozad Nebraska it was time to venture a few miles to the north in order to visit the N41W100 confluence. Most folks I meet during my travels have no idea about confluences or parallels or meridians but in Cozad they seem to have figured it out. There is a sign over the highway that mentions that Cozad is located on the 100th Meridian and there is also the 100th Meridian Museum downtown.
