08-May-2004 -- В этом месте дорога «Алма-Ата – Астана» (кстати, весьма приличного качества) проходит по самому берегу озера Балхаш. Сама точка находится недалеко от дороги на заболоченном участке береговой черты, и для ее достижения потребовалась бы специальная экипировка. Поэтому (ввиду отсутствия последней) мы приблизились на сколько смогли и сфотографировали точку с максимально близкого клочка суши.

English Narrative

08-May-2004 -- In this place the "Alma-Ata -- Astana" road (incidentally, of extremely decent quality) passes along the shore of lake Balkhash. This point itself is found not far from the road in a marshy area of shoreline, and special equipment would be required for its achievement. Therefore (in view of the absence of the latter) we approached as near as we could and photographed the point from the nearest scrap of land.

In a swampy area close to the shore of lake Balqash Köli.
