09-Jan-2004 -- Travelling from Ellisras to Vaalwater in Limpopo province, the main road passes within 500 m from this Confluence. Determined to log my first successful confluence visit, I entered a dirt road to the farm Burgerspoort.

Although I couldn't get a hold of the owners, the dirt road passed within 100 m of the Confluence, upon which I disembarked from my vehicle, and within 5 minutes, found myself atop the Confluence.

Being high summer, the area looked quite different from when Angela Noske visited it in the winter of 2002, the bushes being much denser...
