09-Feb-2008 -- We visited this Confluence on Saturday, 9 February 2008 after we left Abū Ḥadariyya road to al-Faḍliyy road at a place called Jaww Samīn. It is a sandy land for the sheep and camel herds of the Bedouins.

It has a lot of the sand plants, and in the sands there are small salty lakes which are called sabkhāt. The place is in al-Jubayl government and it is about 25 km west of Abū Ḥadariyya highway and 17 km northwest of al-Faḍliyy oil well.

Many Bedouins live in the vicinity of this place with their camels and sheep, and we visited it in the mid-day.

قررنا المرور على الملتقى ٢٧/٤٩ يوم السبت ٩/٢/٢٠٠٨ م بعد أن خرجنا من طريق أبو حدرية إلى طريق الفاضلي في مكان يسمى جو سمين. وهو عبارة عن أرض رملية تخصص لرعي البدو من أغنام وجمال. ׳

ويكثر فيه النباتات الرملية ويقع في الرمال بحيرات صغيرة مالحة تسمى السبخات. والمكان يتبع المحافظة الجبيل ويبعد عن طريق أبو حدرية السريع حوالي ٢٥ كم غرباً وعن بئر الفاضلي للنفط ١٧ كم شمال غرب. ׳

ويسكن بالقرب من الموقع كثير من البدو أصحاب الجمال والأغنام ووقت زيارتنا له قبل الظهر. ׳
